Welcome to the Bridge Dental Smiles team. Here we have a team dedicated to improving your dental health throughout a wide variety of techniques – our skilled and professional team are always friendly and committed to providing the best service to you each and every time you visit.
 

DR. SIMON BROMLEY B.D.S. (Birmingham 1986)

Principal Dentist

With 35 years General Practice experience, I literally love fixing teeth! I am always happy to spend time discussing the pros and cons of all treatment possibilities and options. I’m dedicated to providing high quality dentistry and preventative care and keen to offer the very latest in techniques and technology. Our friendly approach is ideal for even the most nervous of patients and you’ll soon be at ease.

I have been married to Judy for 35 years and we have two grown up lads. I love to keep fit and enjoy running, cycling, walking and skiing. Away from work I’m a keen fisherman and love gardening and DIY at home. GDC No. 61603.

Dentist

I studied dentistry in my home country of Portugal and have been working in England in General Practice since 2009. I’m passionate about good quality dental treatment and as well as taking an additional year’s course in Advanced Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry, I was awarded an MSc in Implant Dentistry in 2022. I listen carefully to my patients and explore all the treatment options open to them. This helps to put my patients at ease.

I am married and like good food, cheese, wine and coffee. I love to travel and discover different cultures. I enjoy swimming and recently learnt how to play chess. I like football and while I am a Porto supporter, I also have a soft spot for Wolves. GDC No. 172139.

DR. JUDY BROMLEY B.D.S.

Practice Manager

I have worked alongside Simon for the last 25 years. I no longer practice dentistry as I now concentrate on the day-to-day management of the practice to ensure that you receive the best care and service possible.

I am happily married to Simon and love the times when the whole family gets together to run, walk, cycle or fish. I love cooking and baking and I’m never happier than when I have friends round for a meal. I also love open water swimming and two years ago I swam from Asia to Europe across the Bosporus Channel. This year I qualified as a Freestyle Coach.

Dentist

After studying dentistry at King’s College London for seven years I embarked on a six month adventure in South America to do voluntary work in Peru, Bolivia and Ecuador. I also have a BSc (Hons) in Human Sciences. I am now delighted to be a part of the Bridge Dental Smiles team alongside my husband Jorge.
 
One part of dentistry that gives me great satisfaction is helping patients to feel more comfortable and confident with their smile. This has led me to develop a deep interest in facial aesthetics and so I would be happy to have a conversation with you if you are considering this type of treatment.
 
Outside of work I love yoga, baking, reading fiction and singing jazz and blues. GDC No. 244925

Dental Therapist and Smoking Cessation Practitioner

It has been over 16 years since I became a member of this great team here at Bridge Dental Smiles. It really does seem that time flies.

When I’m not treating my lovely patients, I enjoy the work in progress that is my garden. It brings me closer to nature, something I find both calming and therapeutic. My other work in progress that I also enjoy is yoga. It focuses the mind and has great benefits for the body too. GDC No. 2196.

SARAH RUSSELL E.D.H. (Birmingham 1999)

Hygienist

I have been a hygienist at Bridge Dental Smiles since 2002. I like to keep right up to date with current views on the prevention of gum disease and the way to keep your teeth and mouth healthy for the rest of your life. I will personalise your home hygiene routine to show you the best techniques for your individual needs, as well as giving you a percentage risk of the health of your gums.
 
I am married with two children. I enjoy baking, especially cakes, sewing, reading and camping trips. GDC No. 5519

Dental Nurse & Dental radiographer

I have been in Dentistry for over forty years now and still enjoy what I do. I feel very privileged to have such a fabulous work family and greatly appreciative patients who I enjoy chatting to immensely.
 
When I am relaxing at home my partner and I love up-cycling projects and DIY and I have recently found that camping is not so bad after all. I am blessed with eight beautiful grandchildren and like to spend quality time with each one of them which keeps me very busy. I also have a dachshund called Pinot who is one year old.  GDC No. 106693.

I have been a member of the Bridge Dental Smiles team since 2010. As well as being a Dental Nurse I am also qualified in Dental Radiography.

I love my job and enjoy the fact that it is so varied and I get to meet lots of lovely people. I particularly enjoy the cosmetic side of dentistry and love seeing patients’ smiles transformed.  Outside of work my interests are gardening, baking, and keeping busy being a first time mum to Owen, who was born in 2019. I started my Dental Nursing journey in 2019. Since then, I fell in love with dentistry so much that i have decided to continue furthering my studies. I qualified as a dental nurse in 2021, I am currently studying a Level 3 diploma in oral health education. My goal is to go on to university to study as a dental hygienist.
I love working at Bridge Dental Smiles. The team laugh along with my dad jokes and pretend they don’t see me eat all the biscuits! And all the patients are so lovely it contributes to my love for dentistry!
In my free time I enjoy going for walks, visiting the garden centre and taking naps. GDC No. 301041

I qualified as a Dental Nurse in October 2016. Dental nursing has always been my dream job and I love working in this practice it’s shown me a whole new side to dentistry that I love!
Alongside dentistry though, I enjoy different things like sports & fitness, and lots of arts  & crafts. Both me and my husband also volunteer on construction projects and so far I have had chance to learn a little of latex screeding, plastering and rendering! GDC No. 267225

I have been married for 35 years and have one son who is ex-Royal Marine Commando.

I enjoy reading and walking. I also like cycling, but not too far, cooking, and I enjoy coming to work to see all my friends. I have been in reception and nursing for over 40 years. I am now semi-retired and work just two days a week. I look forward to doing more gardening.
